摘要
为实现带式输送机在不同工况下的正常运行需求,通过采用“控制变量法”,并结合应用AMESim和Matlab联合仿真,分析不同输送带载荷、弹性模量及阻尼对自动张紧装置的动态特性:满载工况相比于空载工况,自动张紧装置输出的功率更大,且游动小车的速度峰值、位移均随弹性模量的减小而增大,达到速度峰值的时间越长;流变系数影响系统的稳定性,流变系数越大,系统的波动就越小。
In order to achieve the normal operation of the belt conveyor under different working conditions,the dynamic characteristics of the automatic tensioning device are analysed by adopting the"control variable method"and combining the application of AMESim and Matlab joint simulation with the dynamic characteristics of the automatic tensioning device under different conveyor belt loads,modulus of elasticity and damping:compared with the unloaded condition,the output power of the automatic tensioning device is larger,and the dynamic characteristics of the automatic tensioning device are better than the unloaded condition.Compared with the no-load condition,the output power of automatic tensioning device is larger,and the peak speed and displacement of the travelling trolley increase with the decrease of elastic modulus,and the time to reach the peak speed is longer;the rheological coefficient affects the stability of the system,and the larger the rheological coefficient is,the smaller the fluctuation of the system is.
