矿井提升机电机械制动系统的优化实验研究

摘要 为满足煤矿提升机制动响应要求,提出了一种新型矿井提升机机电制动技术,论证了矿井提升机机电制动原理,给出了机电制动器的详细参数和制动性能,开发大负载、高响应机电制动测试平台。实验表明,设计的机电制动器最大正压达到33 k N,满足矿井提升机正压要求;制动误差小于10%,制动间隙消除时间小于0.1 s;电机电流输入与制动正压输出之间存在线性关系,斜率为4.17,截距为0.3;螺杆位移输出与制动压力输出呈三次方关系,零位误差小。通过对矿井提升机电机械制动系统的优化实验研究,可为煤矿提升机机电制动器的开发提供新思路。 In order to meet the braking response requirements of coal mine hoist,a new type of mine hoist electromechanical braking technology is proposed,the principle of mine hoist electromechanical braking is demonstrated,the detailed parameters and braking performance of electromechanical brake are given,and a large-loaded and high-response electromechanical brake test plaform is developed.Experiments show that the designed electromechanical brake can reach a maximum positive pressure of 33 kN,which meets the positive pressure requirements of the mine hoist.The braking error is less than 10%,and the braking gap elimination time is less than 0.1 s.There is a linear relationship between the motor current input and the brake positive pressure output,with a slope of 4.17 and an intercept of 0.3;the screw displacement output is in a cubic relationship with the brake pressure output,and the zero error is small.Through the optimization experimental study of mine hoist electromechanical braking system,it can provide new ideas for the development of coal mine hoist electromechanical brake.
