销轴连接对ZF5000/17/28型液压支架稳定性的影响

摘要 以ZF5000/17/28型液压支架为例,结合销轴连接对液压支架稳定性影响,介绍一种液压支架稳定性影响分析方法。此方法主要采用ADAMS和ANSYS两种仿真软件,可从动力学和静力学两个角度进行液压支架稳定性分析。对比工程应用分析结果与仿真分析结果,确认液压支架稳定性影响分析方法具有较高精准性。 Taking ZF5000/17/28 hydraulic support as an example,combined with the influence of pin connection on the stability of hydraulic support,a method of analysing the influence of hydraulic support stability is introduced.This method mainly adopts ADAMS and ANSYS simulation software,which can be used to analyse the stability of the hydraulic bracket from the perspectives of dynamics and statics.Comparison of engineering application analysis results and simulation analysis results confirms that the hydraulic bracket stability analysis method has high accuracy.
