摘要
基于离散元理论,结合颗粒位移方式以及颗粒间接触本构建立了中厚煤层双滚筒采煤机仿真模型,通过模拟得出采煤机滚筒转速、转向、牵引速度以及叶片螺旋升角等因素与装煤效率的关系,进一步分析其影响规律及原因得到各影响因素间的最佳组合,为今后双滚筒采煤机装煤效率的改进与研究奠定了基础。
Based on the discrete element theory,a simulation model of double-drum coal mining machine with medium-thickness coal seam was established by combining the particle displacement mode and the contact structure between particles,and the relationship between factors such as drum rotational speed,steering,hauling speed,and blade helix angle of lift and the loading efficiency of coal mining machine was obtained through the simulation,and the optimal combination of factors was obtained through the analysis of the influencing laws and reasons,which lays a foundation for the improvement and research on the loading efficiency of the double-drum coal mining machine in the future.It lays the foundation for future improvement of coal loading efficiency of double-drum coal mining machine.
