摘要
以SSJ-800/2×40型带式输送机的纠偏装置为研究对象,在对带式输送机和纠偏装置进行简要概述的基础上,对装置的整体机械结构方案进行了设计,分析了装置的基本工作原理。对关键结构包括托辊架、基座、涡轮蜗杆传动机构、输送带位置检测机构等,进行了详细设计分析。根据纠偏装置设计方案对带式输送机进行技术改造,经过6个月时间的工业实践应用,输送带跑偏故障率降低至3%以下,半年时间为企业节省了18万元的维护成本,经济效益和安全效果显著。
Taking the deviation correction device of SSJ-800/2*40 belt conveyor as the object of study,based on a brief overview of the belt conveyor and the deviation correction device,the overall mechanical structure scheme of the device is designed and the basic working principle of the device is analyzed.The key structures,including the roller frame,base,turbine worm gear drive mechanism,conveyor belt position detection mechanism,etc.,are analyzed in detail.According to the design scheme of the deviation-rectification device to carry out technical transformation of the belt conveyor,after six months of industrial practice and application,it is found that the effect is significant,the conveyor belt runout failure rate is reduced to less than 3%,and half a year for the enterprise to save 180,000 yuan of maintenance costs,the economic benefits and safety is significant.
