矿用刮板输送机驱动链轮力学结构分析及优化研究

摘要 将煤矿常用的双边链型刮板输送机作为研究对象,借助SolidWorks和Ansys软件对驱动链轮及圆环链间的啮合模型开展有限元分析。研究结果表明,驱动链轮的应力最大值达到了244 MPa,在链轮链窝处出现了明显的应力集中,长此以往,链轮在运行过程中极易出现疲劳损伤问题。基于此,针对链轮链窝处开展结构尺寸优化,优化改进后的链轮最大应力值降低到了219.5 MPa,降低到了材料屈服强度以下,应力集中现象的缓解可以明显延长驱动链轮的服役年限。工程实践应用表明,优化后的驱动链轮运行效果良好,在一定程度上保障了设备工作的安全性及稳定性。 Taking the bilateral chain scraper conveyor commonly used in coal mines as the research object,finite element analysis was carried out on the meshing model between the driving sprocket and the circular chain with the help of SolidWorks and Ansys software.The results show that the maximum stress of the driving sprocket reaches 244 MPa,and there is an obvious stress concentration at the sprocket node,which makes the sprocket susceptible to fatigue damage during operation.Based on this,the structural dimension optimization is carried out at the sprocket nest,and the maximum stress value of the sprocket after optimization is reduced to 219.5 MPa,which is lower than the yield strength of the material,and the alleviation of the stress concentration phenomenon can obviously prolong the service life of the driving sprocket.The application of engineering practice shows that the optimized driving sprocket has good operation effect,which ensures the safety and stability of the equipment to a certain extent.
