煤矿刮板输送机中部槽强度分析与拓扑优化研究

摘要 中部槽是煤矿刮板输送机中重要的结构部件,利用SolidWorks和MSC软件建立了中部槽的强度分析数值模型,结果发现中部槽应力分布不均匀,最大应力为301 MPa,低于材料的许用应力380 MPa,有优化改进的空间。利用MSC对中部槽进行拓扑优化,发现挡板和底板的单元密度相对较低,根据该结果将挡板宽度和底板厚度分别减小15 mm和5 mm。根据优化后的结构尺寸建立数值模型,分析发现中部槽最大应力提升到了324 MPa,仍然低于许用应力,强度可以满足使用要求。将其应用到SGB420/22型刮板输送机工程实践中,通过6个月时间的现场调试,达到了预期效果。 The central trough is an important structural component in the scraper conveyor of coal mine,and the strength analysis numerical model of the central trough was established by using SolidWorks and MSC software,and it was found that the stress distribution of the central trough was uneven,and the maximum stress was 301 MPa,which was lower than the permissible stress of the material of 380 MPa,and there was room for optimisation and improvement.Using MSC to optimise the topology of the central channel,it is found that the unit density of the baffle plate and bottom plate is relatively low,according to this result,the width of the baffle plate and the thickness of the bottom plate will be reduced by 15 mm and 5 mm,respectively.the numerical model is built according to the optimised structural dimensions,and the analysis shows that the maximum stress in the central channel is increased to 324 MPa,which is still lower than the permissible stress,and the strength can satisfy the requirements of the use.It is applied to the engineering practice of SGB420/22 scraper conveyor,and it is found that the expected effect is achieved through the on-site debugging in 6 months'time.
