摘要
为了解决某煤矿带式输送机巡检、检修方式导致成本增加的问题,结合某煤矿生产的实际情况,对带式输送机日常运行进行仿真分析,以数字化矿山技术为基础,设计完成带式输送机自动巡检装置,并投入生产应用。结果表明:巷道自动巡检效率比传统方式高38.5%,运输效率也较之前的提升了70.1%;每年至少可节省人工成本153.6万元,明显降低了人工作业强度,达到了带式输送机运行时少人(无人)值守、安全高效生产的目标。
In order to solve the problem of cost increase caused by inspection and maintenance of belt conveyor in a coal mine,combined with the actual production situation of a coal mine,the daily operation of belt conveyor was simulated and analyzed.Based on digital mining technology,automatic inspection device of belt conveyor was designed and completed,and put into production application.The results show that the automatic inspection efficiency of roadway is 38.5%higher than that of the traditional way,and the transportation efficiency is also 70.1%higher than that of the previous one.It can save at least 1.536 million yuan in labor costs per year,significantly reduce the intensity of manual work,and achieve the goal of less people(no one)on duty and safe and efficient production when the belt conveyor is running.
