带式输送机节能优化控制方法研究

摘要 针对带式输送机能耗大的问题,设计了一种节能优化控制方法,该方法对煤流量进行监测,根据检测结果设计了基于PLC的变频调速控制器,实现带式输送机变频调速,并在地面设计了地面控制中心信息处理平台,实现数据的采集和处理。应用效果表明,节约的耗电量约为175 kW·h,节能效率约为31.25%,预估全年节约总电量约为787 500 kW·h,企业全年节省开支约为570 937.5元。 Aiming at the problem of high energy consumption of belt conveyor,an energy-saving optimal control method is designed to monitor the coal flow,and according to the detection results,a PLC-based frequency conversion speed control controller is designed to realize the frequency conversion speed control of the belt conveyor,and an information processing platform of ground control centre is designed on the ground to realize the data collection and processing.The application effect shows that the saved power consumption is about 175 kW-h,the energy-saving efficiencyηis about 31.25%,and the estimated total power saving for the whole year is about 787,500 kW-h,and the enterprise saves about 570,937.5 yuan for the whole year.
