分布式激光甲烷监控装置的设计与研究

摘要 针对能源企业催化燃烧甲烷传感器存在稳定性差、自校准性能差和易受杂质干扰等问题,在工作面安装了一套结合可调制激光吸收光谱的分布式激光甲烷监控设备。通过在井下的测试,结果表明,除井下标定数据的最大测量值为0.97%外,甲烷传感器在工作后,其他测量值为0。优化后的激光甲烷传监控设备运作稳定,零点未出现漂移现象。 Aiming at the problems of poor stability,poor self-calibration performance and susceptibility to impurity interference of catalytic combustion methane sensors in energy enterprises,a set of distributed laser methane monitoring equipment combined with tunable laser absorption spectrum was installed in the working face.Through testing in the well,the results show that,except for the maximum measurement value of 0.97%of the downhole calibration data,the methane sensor,after working,has a measurement value of 0.The optimised laser methane transmission monitoring equipment operates stably,and there is no drift in the zero point.
