摘要
为解决带式输送机在实际生产中能源浪费的问题,设计了节能智能控制方案。先对带式输送机带速和运量之间的关系进行了研究,提出了节能方案,对节能智能控制进行了总体设计和硬件选择。基于AMESim软件和实际生产需求,搭建了节能智能控制模型,使用模型在不同运行工况下进行了仿真分析,为将来节能智能控制实际生产提供了理论依据。
In order to solve the problem of energy waste in the actual production of belt conveyor,an energy-saving intelligent control scheme was designed.Firstly,the relationship between the belt speed and the volume of the belt conveyor is studied,the energy-saving scheme is put forward,and the overall design and hardware selection of energy-saving intelligent control are carried out.Based on AMESim software and actual production requirements,an energy-saving intelligent control model is built,and simulation analysis is carried out under different operating conditions with the model,providing a theoretical basis for future energy-saving intelligent control of actual production.
