煤矿综采工作面液压支架智能供液系统设计与应用试验

摘要 提出了一种具有压力自调定功能的综采工作面智能供液系统,采用机电液联合仿真平台对其压力特性进行仿真研究,并经现场试验和工业性应用表明,本次设计的综采工作面液压支架智能供液系统能够减小液压支架的压力脉动,流量冲击幅值下降,实现了对泄露量的智能控制,有效提高了综采工作面液压支架供液质量,验证了方案设计的合理性。此外,研究结论为后期优化液压系统实现多机协同提供参考。 An intelligent fluid supply system with pressure self-adjustment is proposed for comprehensive mining face,and its pressure characteristics are simulated using the electromechanical-hydraulic joint simulation platform.Field tests and industrial applications show that the intelligent fluid supply system for the hydraulic support of the comprehensive mining face is able to reduce the pressure pulsation of the hydraulic support,the amplitude of the flow impact decreases,and intelligent control of the leakage amount is realised,which effectively improves the quality of the fluid supply to the hydraulic support of the comprehensive mining face,and verifies that the design of the system has improved the quality of the hydraulic support and has improved the quality of the hydraulic support.The quality of hydraulic bracket fluid supply in the comprehensive mining face verifies the reasonableness of the programme design.In addition,the conclusion of the study provides reference for the later optimisation of the hydraulic system to achieve multi-machine synergy.
