摘要
车载总线网络在机械装备中的应用日益广泛,但有关CAN总线网络故障诊断理论及其方法的研究尚不多见。以某型轮式冲击桥元件为研究对象,介绍了故障逻辑诊断法的步骤,提出了逻辑诊断的流程,给出了CAN总线网络故障的详细诊断流程,解决了装备电控系统总线网络故障的诊断难题。该研究成果具有重要的适用性和指导性,其推广应用可提高机械装备电控系统的故障检测与维修保障水平,提高装备的完好率。
The application of vehicle bus network in mechanical equipment is more and more extensive,but the research on fault diagnosis theory and method of CAN bus network is few.Taking the fault of a type of wheel impact bridge as an example,this paper introduces the steps of fault logic diagnosis,puts forward the flow chart of logic diagnosis,and gives the detailed diagnosis flow of CAN bus network fault,which solves the problem of bus network fault diagnosis of equipment electronic control system.The research results of this paper have important applicability and guidance,and its popularization and application can improve the fault detection and maintenance support level of mechanical equipment electronic control system,and improve the equipment integrity rate.
