摘要
针对庞庞塔煤矿9-301综放工作面回采巷道超前段变形量大,维护困难的问题,考虑采用注浆锚索代替传统单体进行超前支护,采用Comsol数值模拟软件去顶出合理注浆锚索参数为:注浆压力为4 MPa,注浆时间为400~800 s,注浆锚索间距为2.5 m,排距为2 m。现场观测结果表明,超前段巷道的顶板累计下沉量控制在400 mm以内,围岩稳定性较好,保证了工作面的安全高生产。
Aiming at the problem of large deformation and difficult maintenance in the overrun section of 9-301 comprehensive workface of Pangpangta coal mine,we consider using grouting anchor instead of the traditional monolithic for overrun support,and use Comsol numerical simulation software to find out the reasonable parameters of the grouting anchor as follows:grouting pressure is 4 MPa,the grouting time is 400-800 s,and the grouting anchor spacing is 2.5 m and the row spacing is 2 m.The field observation results show that the grouting anchor has been optimised for the overrun section of the coal mine.The field observation results show that the cumulative roof subsidence of the roadway in the overrun section is controlled within 400 mm,and the stability of the surrounding rock is good,which ensures the safety and high production of the working face.
