摘要
针对某煤矿煤机装备频繁出现故障的问题,介绍一种基于RCM的煤机装备维修策略。该维修策略先通过对煤矿现有煤机装备维修方式的整理与对比,进而从重要度或故障危害程度两个方面出发,选择最佳的维修方式。然后以此为基础,利用RCM理论对视情维修周期及定期维修周期进行优化。通过RCM维修策略的应用,可针对设备故障选择出最佳的维修方式,设计最佳的维修周期,有利于提升煤机装备的运行效果,确认该方法具有一定应用价值。
Aiming at the problem of frequent failures of coal machine equipment in a coal mine,a coal machine equipment maintenance strategy based on RCM is introduced.The maintenance strategy first organizes and compares the existing maintenance methods of coal machine equipment in the coal mine,and then selects the best maintenance method from the aspect of importance or the degree of fault hazard.Then,based on this,the RCM theory is used to optimize the visual maintenance cycle and regular maintenance cycle.Through the application of RCM maintenance strategy,the best maintenance method can be selected for the equipment failure and the best maintenance cycle can be designed,which is conducive to the improvement of the operation effect of the coal machine equipment and confirms that this method has certain application value.
