摘要
以某煤矿的深井软岩回采巷道为研究案例,采用正交试验法介绍一种巷道支护方案。基于正交试验法获取最佳深井软岩回采巷道支护技术方案后,通过数值仿真模拟,从巷道掘进期、巷道回采期两个角度检验不同时期巷道垂直应力分布、位移分布以及塑性区分布。通过数值仿真模拟初步验证支护技术方案可行性后,将支护技术方案应用于工程实践,进一步确认此支护技术方案应用可行性。
Taking the deep soft-rock mining roadway of a coal mine as a case study,an orthogonal test method is used to introduce a roadway support scheme.After obtaining the best support technology scheme for the soft rock roadway in deep well based on the orthogonal test method,the vertical stress distribution,displacement distribution and plastic zone distribution of the roadway in different periods are examined from two perspectives of the roadway digging period and the roadway mining period through numerical simulation.After initially verifying the feasibility of the support technology scheme through numerical simulation,the support technology scheme is applied in engineering practice to further confirm the feasibility of this support technology scheme.
