铸牢中华民族共同体意识的国有经济基础——以华电新疆发电有限公司为例

The State-owned Economic Foundation for Forging a Strong Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation——Take Huadian Xinjiang Power Generation Co.,LTD as an Example

在唯物史观视阈下,铸牢中华民族共同体意识是党的民族工作主线,而如何铸牢则诉诸社会政治经济结构运动图景的布展。这要求我们深刻认识发展和稳定、发展和民生、发展和人心的紧密联系,只有推动发展成果惠及民生、凝聚人心,铸牢中华民族共同体意识才是有根之木、有源之水。通过对华电新疆发电有限公司的跟踪调研,我们发现国有企业作为中国特色社会主义的重要物质基础和政治基础,以其特有的经济逻辑来认识和解决民族问题,同时其运行机制与功能成效更具有系统性和复合性。国有企业通过党建引领、基层治理、文化共融及社会共建等措施,在认知上强化中华民族身份认同,在情感上增进中华民族族际情谊,在意志上促进中华民族行为自觉,从而实现铸牢中华民族共同体意识目标。

Under the threshold of historical materialism,it is the main line of the Party's national work to cast the consciousness of Chinese nation community firmly,and how to cast firmly must resort to the distribution of the movement picture of social political and economic structure.This requires us to have a deep understanding of the close link between development and stability,between development and people's well-being,and between development and people's hearts.Only by bringing development benefits to people's well-being and rallying people's hearts can we forge a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.Through the follow-up investigation of Huadian Xinjiang Power Generation Co.,LTD.,we found that stateowned enterprises,as an important material and political foundation of socialism with Chinese characteristics,use their unique economic logic to understand and solve ethnic problems.Meanwhile,their operating mechanism and functional effects are more systematic and complex.State-owned enterprises are recognized through measures such as party building guidance,grassroots governance,cultural integration and social co-construction,strengthening the identity of the Chinese nation cognitively,enhancing the inter-ethnic friendship of the Chinese nation emotionally,and promoting the consciousness of the Chinese nation's behavior in the will,so as to achieve the goal of building a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation.
