摘要
目的 分析当前卫生军士岗位胜任力过程性评价的现实困境,探讨优化过程性评价模型,从而提升人才培养质量,丰富过程性评价研究成果。方法 从卫生军士岗位胜任力过程性评价实施的关键环节入手,应用专家咨询法、实证研究法开展深入探索。结果 构建了学生与教师双主体,知识与能力、技术与手段相交互,反馈与调整一体化的卫生军士岗位胜任力过程性评价模型。结论 卫生军士岗位胜任力过程性评价是一种动态评价,要始终确立学生和教师双主体位置,充分发捧知识与能力、技术与手段相交互的作用,形成反馈与调整一体化闭环,并健全监督与激励机制,从而提升过程性评价的质量。
Objective To analyze the practical dilemma existed in the process-oriented evaluation of the medical non-commissioned officers'post competency,and explore methods to optimize the process-oriented evaluation model,so as to improve the quality of personnel training and enrich the research results of process evalution.Methods The expert consultation method and the empirical research method were used to carry out in-depth exploration,focusing on the key steps in the implementation of the process-oriented evaluation of the medical non-commissioned officers'post competency.Results A process-oriented evaluation model of the medical non-commissioned officers'post competency was constructed,which was characterized by two distinct subjects including the teacher as well as the student,the interaction between knowledge and ability,technology and methods,and the integration of feedback and adjustment.Conclusion The process-oriented evaluation of the medical non-commissioned officers'post competency is a dynamic evaluation.It is nec-essary to uphold the principal status of the student and the teacher,give full play to the interaction between knowledge and ability,technology and methods,and form a closed loop from evaluation feedback to adjustment,all of which together with an improved supervision and incentive mechanism contribute greatly to the improvement of the process-oriented eval-uation quality.
