摘要
椎间盘退变性疾病是导致下腰痛的主要原因之一,传统保守治疗或手术治疗均存在明显局限性。近年来,生物纳米材料因其出色的生物降解性、生物相容性、高度精准的药物传递、延长药物释放时间以及增强药物疗效等特点成为目前的研究热点。本文通过系统地综述生物纳米材料在椎间盘退变再生治疗方面的相关研究成果,为实现椎间盘退变性疾病的精确治疗提供有用的参考。
Intervertebral disc degenerative diseases are one of the main causes of lower back pain,with significant limitations in both traditional conservative and surgical treatments.In recent years,biopolymeric nanomaterials have become a hotspot in research due to their excellent biodegradability,biocompatibility,highly precise drug delivery,prolonged drug release time,and enhanced drug efficacy.This paper systematically reviews the relevant research progress of biopolymeric nanomaterials in the regenerative therapy of degenerative intervertebral discs,providing useful insights for achieving precise treatment of degenerative intervertebral disc diseases.
