循证护理在外伤性颅骨骨折手术患者中的应用研究

Application Study of Evidence-Based Nursing in Patients with Traumatic Skull Fracture Undergoing Surgery

目的:探讨循证护理在外伤性颅骨骨折手术患者护理中的有效性、可行性。方法:选取我院2019年5月—2021年5月收治的86例外伤性骨骨折手术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用循证护理,比较2组的护理效果,包括不良情绪变化、术后并发症、生活质量、护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组的不良情况评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的术后并发症发生率为4.66%,低于对照组的18.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理可提高外伤性颅骨骨折手术患者的护理质量,改善患者不良情绪,减少术后并发症,优化生活质量,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effectiveness and feasibility of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of patients with traumatic skull fracture undergoing surgery.Methods:86 patients with traumatic skull fractures who underwent surgery in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as study objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received evidence-based nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared,including adverse emotional changes,postoperative complications,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction.Results:After nursing,the unhealthy emotions scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.66%,which was lower than 18.61% in the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the life of quality score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group,and the dfference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the diference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing can improve the quality of nursing care for patients with traumatic skull fracture undergoing surgery,improve their negative emotions,reduce postoperative complications,optimize their quality of life,and improve their nursing satisfaction.
