双侧PKP对骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者伤椎功能的影响

Effects of Bilateral PKP on the Function of Injured Vertebral Function in Patients with Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures

目的:分析双侧椎弓根穿刺经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)对骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者伤椎功能的影响.方法:选取2018年3月-2020年3月我院收治的86例骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者为研究对象.将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例.对照组采用单侧PKP,观察组采用双侧PKP,比较2组治疗效果及伤椎功能恢复情况.结果:观察组透视次数多于对照组,手术时间长于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后6个月,观察组Cobb角大于对照组,伤椎椎体前缘高度高于对照组,Oswestry功能障碍指数评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:双侧PKP在治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者的过程中,虽然手术时间长,透视次数多,但患者椎体功能恢复情况更佳,具有一定的临床应用价值.

Objective:To analyze the effect of bilateral percutaneous kyphoplasty pedicle(PKP)on the function of the injured vertebral function in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods:86 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group underwent unilateral PKP,the observation group underwent bilateral PKP.The therapeutic effect and functional recovery of injured vertebra were compared between the two groups.Results:The fluoroscopy times and operation time of the observation group were longer than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).6 months after surgery,the Cobb angle of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the vertebral anterior margin height of the injured vertebra was higher than that of the control group,and the Oswestry disability index score was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bilateral PKP in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures patients,although the operation time is longer,more fluoroscopy times,but the patient's vertebral function recovery is better,has certain clinical application value.
