围术期应用抗菌药物对上肢单纯闭合性骨折患者伤口愈合的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Perioperative Application of Antibiotics on Wound Healing in Patients with Simple Closed Fracture of Upper Limb

目的:分析围术期应用抗菌药物对上肢单纯闭合性骨折患者伤口愈合的疗效.方法:选取2019年12月-2020年12月于本院诊治的80例上肢单纯闭合性骨折患者,随机分为参照组与观察组,各40例.对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用抗菌药物治疗,分析2组的治疗效果.结果:2组术前及术后1、3、5天的体温及愈合时间比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).2组术前及术后1、3、5、7天的外周血白细胞计数比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).2组术前及术后1、3、5、7天的C反应蛋白水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).2组的感染率比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:对于上肢单纯闭合性骨折患者,抗菌药物并不会影响其伤口愈合,且不会降低其切口愈合时间以及感染风险,因此治疗期间需要注重无菌操作,强化无菌理念以及术后干预,进而实现降低切口感染发生率以及缩短伤口愈合时间的目标,减少抗菌药物不合理应用现象.

Objective:To analyze the curative effect of perioperative application of antibiotics on wound healing in patients with simple closed fracture of upper limb.Methods:A total of 80 patients with simple closed fracture of upper limb diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected,and they were randomly divided into the reference group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with antibacterial drugs on the basis of the reference group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results:There were no significant differences in the body temperature before surgery and 1,3 and 5 days after surgery and healing time between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the peripheral blood white blood cell count before surgery and 1,3,5 and 7 days after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in C-reactive protein levels before surgery and 1,3,5 and 7 days after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the infection rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with simple closed fractures of the upper limb,antibiotics do not affect wound heal-ing,nor do they reduce the wound healing time and the risk of infection.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to aseptic operation,strengthen the concept of asepsis and postoperative intervention during treatment,so as to achieve the goal of reducing the incidence of wound infection and shorten the wound healing time,and reduce the irrational use of antibiotics.
