Orem自理模式应用于老年髋部骨折护理中的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Orem Self-Care Mode in Nursing Care of Elderly Hip Fracture

目的:探讨对老年髋部骨折患者实施Orem自护理模式的应用效果.方法:本研究选取2022年2月-2023年2月我院收治的102例老年髋部骨折患者为研究对象,将其随机分为常规组和研究组,各51例,常规组采用常规护理模式,研究组采用Orem自理模式,对比2组护理效果.结果:研究组疾病相关知识总知晓率为96.08%,高于常规组的78.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,研究组自我护理能力评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后1、3个月,研究组髋关节功能评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组并发症发生率7.84%低于常规组的29.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组护理总满意度为94.12%%,低于常规组的78.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对老年髋部骨折患者实施Orem自理护理模式有助于提高患者对疾病的知晓度,对改善术后恢复效果、改善护理满意度均有积极作用.

Objective:To investigate the effect of Orem self-care mode on elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods:In this study,102 elderly patients with hip fracture admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a conventional group and a study group,with 51 cases in each group.The conventional group adopted the routine nursing mode and the research group adopted the Orem self-care mode,and the nursing effect of the two groups was com-pared.Results:The total awareness rate of disease-related knowledge in the study group was 96.08%which was higher than 78.43%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the self-care ability score of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 and 3 months after operation,the hip function score of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the differences were statis-tically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 7.84%,which was lower than 29.41%in the conven-tional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the study group was 94.12%,which was lower than 78.43%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of Orem self-care mode for elderly patients with hip fracture can help improve their awareness of the disease,and have a positive effect on improving postoperative recovery and nursing satisfaction.
