摘要
作为新的组织形态,职业本科学校在组织发展中出现了同构化现象。文章基于33所职业本科学校的面板数据,对其内设机构的同构化现象进行了实证分析,运用组织社会学制度理论,从创生环境、生存环境、趋同力量和路径依赖四个方面探讨了职业本科学校内设机构同构化的成因,并提出以章治校打造合规型组织、精兵简政打造有机型组织和主动求变打造学习型组织三条化解路径,从而引导职业本科学校组织发展走出同构化的困境。
As a new organizational form,vocational university has emerged the phenomenon of isomorphism in its organizational development.Based on the panel data of 33 vocational colleges,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the isomorphism of their internal institutions.Using the institutional theory of organizational sociology,this paper discusses the causes of isomorphism in vocational universities from four aspects:creation environment,survival environment,convergence force and path dependence.It also puts forward three solutions to build a compliant organization by governing the school by rules,to build a model organization by streamlining the army and to build a learning organization by taking the initiative to change,so as to guide the development of vocational college organizations out of the dilemma of homogeneity.
