摘要
ChatGPT带来的技术机遇将为图书馆知识服务转型提供新思路。GPT类技术拥有情感分析能力、数据整理能力、知识推理能力、数字指导能力,将为图书馆传统的参考咨询服务、学科知识服务、情报服务以及教育培训服务等场景带来新的变革。图书馆在推进知识服务业务时应当提升多源多模态信息汇聚与整序能力,构建对话型生成式学术搜索引擎,促进情报检索语言与人工智能融合,增强自然语言模型的逻辑推理能力,积极拥抱人工智能等生成技术,提高图书馆自身智慧知识服务水平。
The technological opportunities brought by ChatGPT will provide new ideas for the transformation of library knowledge services.GPT-like technologies have the ability of sentiment analysis,data organization,knowledge reasoning,and digital guidance,which can bring certain improvements to traditional reference consultation,disciplinary knowledge,intelligence services,and education and training services in the library.When promoting knowledge service business,libraries should enhance the ability to gather and organize multi-source and multimodal information,build a dialogue based generative academic search engine,promote the integration of information retrieval language and artificial inteligence,enhance the logical reasoning abilty of natural language models,actively embrace generation technologies such as artificial intelligence,and improve the library's own level of intelligent knowledge service.
