Systematic Review of the 20th China Information Resources Management Forum&the Establishment Conference of the China Information Resources Management Discipline Independent Knowledge System Alliance

2023年10月20日至21日,由中国人民大学信息资源管理学院、中国人民大学学科规划与建设办公室和国务院学位委员会第八届信息资源管理学科评议组联合主办的第二十届中国信息资源管理论坛暨中国信息资源管理学科自主知识体系联盟成立大会在北京成功召开。本次会议聚焦面向国家战略的信息资源管理研究、传承与变革中的信息资源管理学科和新兴交叉学科建设与发展三个话题,共同探讨数据资源和数据要素对学科发展和学科交叉带来的机会和挑战,共同见证传统学科如何在一次次的守正创新中完成学科转型,共同思考信息资源管理学科自主知识体系建构的重要性和学科图景。据此发现,新时期信息资源管理学科呈现范式跃迁,从“信息”走向“数据”;“顶天立地”是学科发展的不竭动力;兼容并包,学科交叉成为成为常态;继往开来,自主知识体系建设正当时的四点特征。

The 2Oth China Information Resources Management Forum and the Establishment Conference of the China Information Resources Management Discipline Independent Knowledge System Alliance,jointly hosted by the School of Information Resource Management at Renmin University of China,the Discipline Planning and Construction Office of Renmin University of China,and the 8th Information Resources Management Discipline Evaluation Group of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council,were successfully held in Beijing from October 20 to 21,2023.This conference focused on three topics:research on information resources management for national strategy,the construction and development of information resources management disciplines in inheritance and transformation,and emerging interdisciplinary fields.This conference jointly explored the opportunities and challenges that data resources and data elements brought to the development and intersection of disciplines,witnessed how traditional disciplines completed disciplinary transformation through continuous innovation,and jointly thought about the importance of constructing independent knowledge systems in the field of information management and the scientific landscape,Based on this,it is found that the discipline of information resources management in the new era presents four characteristics:a paradigm shift from"information"to"data";"standing tall and upright"is an inexhaustible driving force for the development of disciplines;inclusive and interdisciplinary has become the norm;building on past achievements to jointly usher in a new era,the construction of the independent knowledge system is at the right time.
