摘要
目的:探讨关节镜下单排铆钉固定修复肩袖损伤患者的系统化康复护理效果。方法:选择2022年1月-2023年6月于天津医院行关节镜下单排铆钉固定修复术的72例肩袖损伤患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组36例。试验组接受系统化的康复护理,对照组接受传统康复护理,比较2组肩关节功能恢复情况、恢复时间、术后疼痛程度、并发症发生情况、护理满意度。结果:护理后,试验组患肩主动前屈角度、体侧外旋角度均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组肩关节功能恢复时间短于对照组,疼痛程度评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:关节镜下单排铆钉固定修复术后的系统化康复护理,能有效促进肩袖损伤患者的肩关节功能恢复,减轻疼痛,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of systematize rehabilitation care in patients with rotator cuff injury repaired by single row rivets fixation under arthroscopy.Methods:72 patients with rotator cuff injury in Tianjin hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into a control group and an experimental group according to randomnumber table method,with 36 cases in each group.The experimental group received systematic rehabilitation nursing,and the control group received traditional rehabilitation nursing.The functional recovery and recovery time of shoulder joint,postoperative pain,occurrence of complications and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the active forward bending Angle and lateral external rotation Angle of the affected shoulder in the experimental group were greater than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The shoulder joint function recovery time of experimental group was shorter than that of control group,and the pain degree score was lower than that of control group,with statistical significance between groups(P<0.05).The complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group,and nursing satisfaction was higher than that of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).
