综合护理在髌骨骨折患者围手术期的应用效果

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Perioperative Period of Patellar Fracture

目的:分析实施髌骨骨折患者围手术期护理服务的过程中综合护理所获得的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年8月-2022年8月我院收治的84例接受手术治疗的髌骨骨折患者为研究对象,按照电脑随机分组法将其分为研究组与参照组,各42例。研究组采用综合护理的围手术期护理方法,参照组采用常规护理的围手术期护理方法,比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果:研究组膝关节功能恢复优良率高于参照组,并发症发生率低于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,2组焦虑、抑郁评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理属于髌骨骨折患者围手术期的一种理想护理方式,有助于患者膝关节功能改善与心理状态稳定,减少并发症发生的同时获得患者较高的满意度。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in the process of perioperative nursing service for patients with patellar fracture.Methods:84 patients with patellar fracture who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the computer randomization method,they were divided into a study group and a reference group,with 42 cases in each group.The perioperative nursing method of comprehensive nursing was used in the study group,and the perioperative nursing method of routine nursing was used in the reference group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The excellent and good rate of knee joint function recovery in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the reference group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of Anxiety and Depression between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the Anxiety and Depression scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing is an ideal nursing method for patients with patellar fracture during the perioperative period,which is helpful to improve the knee joint function and psychological state of patients,reduce complications,and obtain high satisfaction of patients.
