医学生手机成瘾现况调查及影响因素分析

Current status of mobile phone addiction among medical students,and analysis of influencing factors

目的 了解信息时代医学生的手机和网络使用、依赖及成瘾情况,并探讨其影响因素,为预防和干预智能手机成瘾提供参考依据。方法 采用横断面调查研究方法,抽取昆明医科大学1 049名全日制在校大学生,对其基本人口学特征、手机和网络使用情况等进行自填式问卷调查,利用卡方检验、ANOVA分析、二元logistic回归进行统计分析。结果 该高校医学生的手机依赖总分为(4.92±0.93)分,手机依赖检出率47.5%;手机成瘾总分为(29.49±3.50)分,成瘾检出率为64.7%;经单因素分析得出:农村(P<0.01)、高年级(P<0.01)、手机使用时长越长(P<0.01)、手机用于看视频(P<0.01)、手机使用时心理压力小(P<0.01)、手机依赖度越高(P<0.01)及手机使用态度得分(P<0.01)为手机成瘾的影响因素。结论 高校医学生手机成瘾问题日益加剧,严重影响了医学生的身心健康和日常生活,应从多方面着手引导学生减少内耗,提升自我管控力,倡导健康的生活方式。

Objective This study was aimed at investigating mobile phone and network use,dependence,and ad⁃diction among medical students in the information age,and to explore related influencing factors,to provide a reference for the prevention and intervention of smartphone addiction.Methods A cross⁃sectional survey was conducted among 1049 full⁃time college students at Kunming Medical University,through self⁃administered questionnaire surveys.Statistical analysis of basic demographic characteristics,and mobile phone and network use was performed with chisquare tests,ANOVA,and binary logistic regression.Results The total mobile phone dependence score was 4.92±0.93,and the detection rate of mobile phone dependence was 47.5%.The total mobile phone addiction score was 29.49±3.50,and the detection rate of addiction was 64.7%.Univariate analysis indicated that rural areas(P<0.01),senior grades(P<0.01),longer mobile phone use times(P<0.01),use of mobile phones for watching videos(P<0.01),lower psychological pressure during mobile phone use(P<0.01),higher mobile phone dependence(P<0.01),and the mobile phone use attitude score(P<0.01)were the factors influencing mobile phone addiction.Conclusion Mobile phone addiction among medical students in colleges and universi⁃ties is worsening,thus severely affecting students’physical and mental health,and daily life.Students should be guided to decrease internal friction and improve self⁃control,and advocate for a various aspects of a healthy lifestyle.
