摘要 1临床资料患者女,69岁,因“双下肢跛行进行性加重3年,伴左足疼痛4个月”收治入四川省人民医院。患者既往有慢性肾功能衰竭病史13年,每周3次规律透析。2个月前患者曾有不明原因消化道出血,但经治疗后未再发生。
