“双碳”背景下的TOD城市综合体近零能耗建筑技术实践

摘要 伴随国家节能、减碳要求的提出,近零能耗建筑在中国建筑领域实现零碳排放的道路上得到了越来越多的关注和重视。以上海广兰路TOD综合开发项目为例,研究探索了近零能耗建筑,介绍了以被动技术为主、主动技术为辅、可再生能源为补充的建筑技术体系,提出了智慧管控为未来常态的设计技术路径。这为本地区的绿色低碳转型提供了风向标与案例示范。 With the introduction of national energy conservation and carbon reduction requirements,near-zero energy consumption buildings have gained increasing attention and importance in achieving zero carbon emissions in China's construction industry.Taking the Shanghai Guanglan Road TOD comprehensive development project as an example,near-zero energy consumption buildings are explored.A building technology system is introduced that primarily relies on passive technologies,and is supplemented by active technologies,and renewable energy sources.A design technology pathway with smart control as the norm for the future is proposed.This provides a compass and case demonstration for the green and low-carbon transformation in this region.
