上海轨道交通18号线工程地下清障技术实践与研究

Practice and Research on Underground Obstacle Clearance Technology in Shanghai Rail Transit Line 18 Project

城市轨道交通工程建设中,会遇到不同的地下清障需求。对目前常用的清障方法进行对比、分析,初步分析优势和不足。结合上海轨道交通18号线多个区间清障工程实例,对冻结法清障、爆破清障、盾构切削清障的典型方法进行了应用介绍;对超高压水射流切削桩基钢筋技术进行了室内试验和系统方案研究。这些都可为同类工程提供参考借鉴。

In the construction of urban rail transit projects,there is a variety of underground obstacle clearance needs.The common clearance methods are compared and analyzed,preliminarily evaluating their advantages and disadvantages.By referencing several intervals of the Shanghai Rail Transit Line 18 project,it introduces the application of typical obstacle removal methods such as the freezing method,blasting method,and shield cutting method;it also presents indoor experiments and systematic research on the ultra-high pressure water jet cutting technique for pile foundation rebar.These can provide reference value for similar projects.
