北横通道超深地下连续墙施工全过程自动化监测与分析

摘要 地下连续墙的钢筋笼吊放、入槽及水下混凝土浇筑是地下连续墙施工质量控制的重要过程。采用直接固定在地下连续墙钢筋笼上的自动化监测设备,对钢筋笼吊放入槽及混凝土浇筑全过程钢筋笼垂直度、水下混凝土温度等项目进行实时自动化监测,并结合超声波检测,分析了地下连续墙成槽质量、钢筋笼吊放入槽精度及水下混凝土浇筑状况,以期实现对软土地层超深地下连续墙的全过程监控与精细化施工。 In underground engineering construction,the lifting,lowering,and underwater concrete casting of diaphragm wall rebar cages are critical processes for controlling the quality of diaphragm wall construction.By using automated monitoring equipment directly fixed to the rebar cages of the diaphragm wall,real-time automated monitoring of the items such as the verticality of the rebar cage during lifting and lowering,pressure,and temperature of underwater concrete throughout the concrete casting process was conducted.Combined with ultrasonic testing,the trenching quality of the diaphragm wall,the accuracy of rebar cage lifting and lowering,and the condition of underwater concrete casting are analyzed,aiming to achieve comprehensive monitoring and refined construction of ultra-deep diaphragm walls in soft soil.
