The signal system of suburban railways adopts the CBTC(Communication-Based Train Control) moving block system,with axle counter equipment serving as the train occupation detection device in degraded backup modes.The application of axle counter equipment in suburban railways is investigated to carefully explore the issues encountered during the application process.After analyzing the causes of the problem,methods to solve the problem are proposed.This can provide valuable references for the application of axle counter equipment in suburban railways in the future.
