水族造景缸中浮游藻类与着生藻类群落结构分析

Analysis of community structure of planktonic algae and periphyton algae in aquarium landscape tanks

摘要 为了探究水族造景缸中浮游藻类与着生藻类群落结构变化情况,本实验对三个水族造景缸中的两类藻类进行了采样分析。结果显示,水族造景缸中浮游藻类共有8门50种,优势种主要为硅藻门的梅尼小环藻(Cyclotella meneghiniana)。1号缸在实验前期硅藻占优势,后期绿藻占优势,而其余两个缸浮游硅藻所占比例一直较高。水族造景缸中着生藻类优势种共5门24种,优势种主要为硅藻门的舟形藻(Navicula sp.)。水族缸在造景完成并注水后15~20 d,浮游藻类和着生藻类都将达到一个较高的密度,有暴藻的风险,并且着生藻类暴藻的风险高于浮游藻类。换水、控制光照强度以及放养适量的新米虾(Neocaridina spp.)等都是有效控制藻类暴发的方法。 In order to investigate the changes in the community structure of planktonic algae and periphyton algae in aquarium landscape tanks,this experiment collected sampling and analysis of the two algae categories in three aquarium landscape tanks.The results showed that there were a total of 7 phyla and 50 species of planktonic algae in the aquarium landscape tanks,with the dominant species mainly being Cyclotella meneghiniana from the diatom phylum.Tank 1 had diatoms as dominant in the early stage of the experiment,while green algae became dominant in the later stage.The other two tanks maintained a high proportion of planktonic diatoms throughout the experiment.There were a total of 5 phyla and 24 species of dominant periphyton algae in the aquarium landscape tanks,with Navicula sp.from the diatom phylum being the main dominant species.Planktonic algae and periphy-ton algae in the aquarium tanks reached a high density 15-20 days after the completion of landscaping and water filling,posing a risk of algal bloom,with periphyton algae having a higher risk than planktonic algae.Methods such as water changes,controlling light intensity,and stocking appropriate amounts of Neocaridina spp.are effec-tive in controlling algal blooms.
