摘要
科技产业园洪水影响区域防洪评价分析与计算是科技产业园区防洪措施的重要技术环节,对园区高质量发展具有十分重要的工程意义。为此,结合中关村南阳科技产业园洪水影响区域防洪评价分析与计算典型实践案例展开分析研究。结果表明,了解工程概况,首先就设计暴雨及其合理性分析、设计洪水及其合理性分析两方面进行河道水文分析计算;同时围绕现状水面线计算、规划方案水面线计算完成河道水面线推算;最后实施河道冲刷计算与河道蓝线划定。可为类似科技园区防洪评价分析与计算实践提供借鉴参考。
Flood control evaluation analysis and calculation of flood affected area in science and technology industrial park is an important technical link of flood control measures in science and technology industrial park,which is of great engineering significance for the high-quality development of the park.To this end,the typical practice cases of flood control evaluation and calculation in the flood-affected area of Nanyang Science and Technology Industrial Park in Zhongguancun are analyzed and studied.The results show that in order to understand the project situation,it is necessary to conduct a design rainstorm analysis,assess its rationality,perform a design flood analysis,and carry out channel hydrologic calculations.At the same time,the calculation of river surface line is completed based on the current water surface line calculation and the water surface line calculation of the planning scheme.Finally,the calculation of river scour and the demarcation of river blue line are carried out.It can provide reference for flood control evaluation analysis and calculation practice in similar science and technology parks.
