某综合治理工程设计洪水计算及水面线推求

摘要 为确保土沟河综合治理效果。结合莒县土沟河干流治理工程的实际情况,采用瞬时单位线法计算洪水,通过合理性分析,数据系列具有良好的一致性,满足设计洪水要求,成果符合流域实际情况。经过水面线推求,土沟河干流桩号0+900~4+260段现状地面高程低于设计洪水位,继续拓挖将会大范围增加占地,故考虑新建堤防。建议加快推进土沟河干流治理工程的实施,以提高河道防洪能力。 In order to ensure the comprehensive treatment effect of Tugou River,the instantaneous unit line method is used to calculate the flood according to the actual situation of the main stream regulation project of Tugou River in Juxian County.The data series demonstrates a high level of consistency through rationality analysis,satisfying the design flood requirements and aligning with the actual conditions of the river basin.After calculating the water surface line,it has been determined that the current ground elevation of the main stream of the Tugou River in section 0+900 to 4+260 is below the design flood level.Consequently,further excavation would significantly expand the land area,necessitating the construction of new levees.It is suggested to accelerate the implementation of the regulation project of the main stream of the Tugou River,in order to improve the flood control capacity of the river course.
