万金灌区渠道、建筑物存在问题及处理措施

Problems and Treatment Measures of Channels and Buildings in Wanjin Irrigation District

为保证万金灌区农业灌溉和生态环境用水、防洪除涝等社会效益稳定发挥,文章从渠道及其建筑物工程运行、巡查、维护、安全生产和防溺亡等方面存在的问题,提出了渠道工程的断面、闸口、下坡路、巡渠路,安全生产设施的踏步、爬梯、警示牌、提示牌,建筑物工程水闸的上闸、避雷、启闭机的接电、泄水闸的布置、穿渠桥涵的形式等处理措施,供参考。

In order to ensure the steady play of social benefits such as agricultural irrigation and ecological environment water supply,flood control and drainage in the Wanjin Irrigation District,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the operation,inspection,maintenance,safety production and prevention of drowning in the water channels and structures.It puts forward the treatment measures such as the cross-section,the sluice gate,the downslope road,the patrol channel road of channel engineering,steps,ladders,warning signs,reminder signsof the safety facilities,upper sluice gate,lightning protection of building engineering water gates,building engineering water gates,the arrangement of the sluice gate,and the form of the bridge and culvert across the water channel,etc.It can provide reference.
