摘要
目的总结肾上腺形态影像学测量及其临床应用的研究进展。方法在中国知网、万方数据库、PubMed等数据库中,检索1999年1月—2023年12月有关肾上腺形态影像学测量和临床应用的相关文献。共检索2897篇文献,排除内容不相符、无法获取全文、质量较低、证据等级不高、重复研究的文献,最终纳入文献39篇。从肾上腺形态影像学测量方法及指标、肾上腺形态学变化在疾病评估中的应用两个方面进行归纳和总结。结果作为人体内分泌器官,肾上腺在维持机体稳态、疾病相关应激反应中起着至关重要的作用。肾上腺形态学的变化能在一定程度上反映其功能状态,也是肾上腺疾病影像诊断的主要依据之一。对于肾上腺形态的影像学测量,以往临床实践及科学研究中多以视觉大体观察或半定量分析为主。计算机辅助影像测量尤其是人工智能在器官分割中的应用日渐成熟,该技术可提供丰富的形态学指标,这些指标与多种疾病相关,并可用于肾上腺形态学的定量描述和分析。结论肾上腺形态影像学测量方法逐渐自动化、测量指标多样化,可用于相关疾病的诊断、治疗策略制订与预后评估。
ObjectiveThis study aimed to summarize the progress of research on imaging-measurement methods of adrenal morphology and its clinical application.MethodsData were collected from the CNKI,Wanfang database,PubMed,and other Chinese and English databases.Relevant literature on the imaging measurement and clinical application of adrenal morphology from January 1999 to December 2023 was searched.A total of 2897 studies were retrieved,and those with inconsistent content,low quality,low level of evidence,and repeated were excluded.Finally,39 studies were included for summary and analysis.This article summarizes the imaging measurement methods and indices of adrenal morphology,and the application of adrenal morphology in disease evaluation.ResultsAs an endocrine organ,the adrenal gland plays a crucial role in maintaining body homeostasis and disease-related stress response.The morphological changes of the adrenal gland can reflect its functional status to a certain extent.It is also one of the main features of imaging diagnosis of adrenal diseases.For the imaging measurement of adrenal morphology,visual gross observation or semi-quantitative analysis is primarily used in clinical and research.With the mature application of computer-aided image measurement particularly artificial intelligence in organ segmentation,a wealth of morphological indicators can be provided.These indicators can be used for the quantitative description and analysis of adrenal morphology,which is related to various diseases.ConclusionThe imaging-measurement methods of adrenal morphology are gradually automated,and its measurement indicators are diverse,which can be used to the diagnose,assist in making treatment strategies and prognosis assessment of related diseases.
