摘要
抑郁症是常见的精神障碍性疾病,已被列入全国精神卫生工作重点。随着发病率的不断上升,抑郁症相关研究也不断推进。抑郁症发病机制虽尚未完全明确,但免疫假说是近年的热点。实验研究中,现已存在多种抑郁模型,脂多糖(LPS)抑郁模型是能复制免疫反应与抑郁行为的良好选择,得到了国内外大量应用。通过检索文献发现,中医药使用LPS抑郁模型的研究包括中药单体、中药复方与针灸,研究机制涉及神经递质、色氨酸代谢、炎症通路、氧化应激等方面,研究对象多为小鼠,注射方式多为腹腔注射,注射剂量有0.5 mg/kg、0.83 mg/kg、1 mg/kg。通过系统总结有关LPS抑郁模型的中医药应用和相关机制的研究,旨在扩大临床中医药的应用范围并为抑郁症实验研究模型的选择提供参考。
Depression is a common mental disorder and is a key focus of national mental health efforts.With the rising incidence of depression,research into the condition is advancing.Although the exact mechanisms of depression are not yet fully understood,the immune hypothesis has become a recent focal point.Among the various models of depression in experimental research,the lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced depression model is a well-established choice for replicating immune responses and depressive behaviors,with widespread application both in China and abroad.Literature retrieval revealed that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) research using the LPS-induced depression model included studies on Chinese medicinal monomers,prescriptions,and acupuncture and moxibustion.These studies explored mechanisms involving neurotransmitters,tryptophan metabolism,inflammatory pathways,and oxidative stress,predominantly using mice as research subjects.The common injection method was intraperitoneal injection,with dosages of 0.5 mg/kg,0.83 mg/kg,and 1 mg/kg.By systematically summarizing research on the use of the LPS-induced depression model in TCM and related mechanisms,this study aimed to broaden the clinical application of TCM and provide references for selecting experimental models in depression research.
