摘要
目的:调查康复科护士核心能力现状和培训需求.方法:采用便利抽样法选取某省11所三级综合医院195名康复科护士为研究对象,应用康复专科护士核心能力量表和康复护理培训需求问卷进行调查.结果:康复科护士核心能力总分为(177.69±74.51)分,多元线性回归分析发现职称、从事康复科护理工作年限是影响康复科护士核心能力的影响因素(P<0.05).94.36%以上的康复科护士有康复护理规范化培训需求.结论:康复科护士核心能力总体处于中等偏上水平,且有较高的康复护理培训需求,提示护理管理者应加强对康复科护士康复护理的培训,尤其是其专业发展及评判性思维等方面能力的培训,以提高其核心竞争力.
Objective:To investigate the core competence and training needs of nurses in rehabilitation department.Methods:195 nurses in the rehabilitation department of 11 tertiary general hospitals in a province of China were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling method.The core competence scale for Rehabilitation Specialist Nurses and the rehabilitation nursing training needs questionnaire were used to investigate.Results:The total score of the core competence of nurses in rehabilitation department was(177.69+74.51)points.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that professional title and years of nursing work in rehabilitation department were the influencing factors of the core competence of nurses in rehabilitation department(P<0.05).More than 94.36%of the nurses in the department of rehabilitation had the demand for standardized training of rehabilitation nursing.Conclusion:The core competence of nurses in the rehabilitation department is generally above the medium level,and they have a high training demand for rehabilitation nursing,suggesting that nursing managers should strengthen the rehabilitation nursing training of nurses in the rehabilitation department,especially their professional development and critical thinking ability,so as to improve their core competitiveness.
