强化护理健康宣教配合射频消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果研究

Effect of Intensive Nursing Health Education Combined with Radiofrequency Ablation in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:探析腰椎间盘突出症患者采用强化护理健康宣教配合射频消融术治疗的效果.方法:选取2021年1月—2023年5月本院收治的160例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组80例.所有患者均采用射频消融术治疗,对照组采用传统护理,观察组采用强化护理健康宣教.比较2组腰椎活动度、腰椎功能评分及生活质量评分.结果:干预后,观察组腰椎活动度包括前屈活动度(48.32±3.12)°、后伸活动度(22.65±2.12)°均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分(1.02±0.32)分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组腰椎功能评分包括主观症状(7.18±0.32)分、客观体征(7.26±0.21)分、排尿功能(5.12±1.21)分及日常活动限制(7.32±1.15)分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:强化护理健康宣教配合射频消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果明显,患者腰椎功能和活动度有所改善,疼痛状况得到减轻,可获得高质量生活,临床上可借鉴及推广.

Objective:To explore the effect of intensive nursing health education combined with radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 160 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 80 cases in each group.All patients were treated with radiofrequency ablation.The control group was treated with traditional nursing,and the observation group was treated with intensive nursing health education.The lumbar range of motion,lumbar function score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the lumbar spine activity including flexion(48.32±3.12)and extension(22.65±2.12)°in the observation group were greater than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale score of pain in the observation group(1.02±0.32)points was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of lumbar function including subjective symptoms(7.18±0.32)points,objective signs(7.26±0.21)points,urination function(5.12±1.21)points and daily activity limitation(7.32±1.15)points in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intensive nursing health education combined with radiofrequency ablation is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,which can improve the function and activity of the lumbar spine,reduce the pain,and obtain a high quality of life,which is worthy of reference and promotion in clinical practice.
