多层螺旋CT诊断髋关节骨折的应用价值

Value of Multislice Spiral CT in Diagnosis of Hip Fracture

目的:探究多层螺旋CT检查诊断髋关节骨折的应用价值.方法:选取我院2020年1月-2021年1月收治的30例髋关节骨折患者为研究对象.所有患者均采用多层螺旋CT及X线检查.统计比较髋关节骨折检出情况.结果:多层螺旋CT检查髋关节骨折检出率为93.33%,高于X线检查的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多层螺旋CT与X线检验髋关节骨折类型比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:在髋关节骨折的临床诊断中,多层螺旋CT具有重要价值,其应用可显著提升螺旋CT的临床诊断效率,同时可促进检出率的提升,为结果准确性提供保证,因此建议推广应用.

Objective:To explore the application value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of hip fracture.Methods:Thirty patients with hip fracture admited to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study objects.All patients were examined by multi-slice spiral CT and X-ray.The detection of hip fracture was compared statistically.Results:The detection rate of hip fracture by multi-slice spiral CT was 93.33%,which was higher than 70.00%by X-ray,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multislice spiral CT and X-ray examination.Conclusion:Multi-slice spiral CT is of great value in the diagnosis of hip lesions.Its application can significantly improve the clinical diagnostic efficiency of spiral CT,and at the same time,it can promote the improvement of detection rate and provide guarantee for the accuracy of results.Therefore,it is recommended to be popularized.
