膀胱癌脂质代谢的研究现状及展望

摘要 膀胱癌是泌尿生殖系统常见的恶性肿瘤,具有高复发率和致死率的特点,且预后较差。脂质代谢重编程是包括膀胱癌在内的多种肿瘤最突出的代谢改变之一,也是研究难点与热点问题。近年来的研究结果显示,膀胱癌中脂质摄取、合成、转运以及分解代谢等关键基因和代谢组分发生着特征性改变,以适应其生长需求。血液、尿液和肿瘤组织中脂质代谢关键基因和脂质代谢物可能成为膀胱癌诊断、监测及预后预测等的新型生物标志物,而脂质代谢关键酶则有望成为膀胱癌治疗或辅助治疗的潜在靶点。本文旨在从膀胱癌近年脂质代谢相关研究出发,对膀胱癌中脂质代谢改变以及潜在的临床诊疗价值进行阐述及展望。 Bladder cancer is a common malignant tumor of the genitourinary system,characterized by high recurrence and mortality rates,as well as poor prognosis.Reprogramming of lipid metabolism is one of the most prominent metabolic alterations in a variety of tumors,including bladder cancer,and it is also a challenging for research.The results of a series of studies in recent years have shown that key genes and metabolic components,such as lipid uptake,synthesis,transport,and catabolism,are characteristically altered in bladder cancer to adapt to its growth.The key genes and metabolites of lipid metabolism in blood,urine and tumor tissues may become novel biomarkers for bladder cancer diagnosis,monitoring and prognosis prediction,etc.,while the key enzymes of lipid metabolism are expected to be the potential targets for bladder cancer treatment or adjuvant therapy.This article aims to elaborate the alterations of lipid metabolism in bladder cancer and the potential clinical diagnostic and therapeutic value of lipid metabolism in bladder cancer from recent studies.
