“双碳”目标下电力企业发展困境及转型对策研究——以辽宁省为例

Research on Development Dilemma and Transformation Countermeasure of Electric Power Enterprises under "Dual Carbon" Targets--Take Liaoning Province as an Example

本文在“双碳”目标背景下,详细分析了辽宁省电力企业发展在碳排放方面存在的问题,并对各发达国家电力企业转型发展的对策进行比较研究。通过总结辽宁省电力企业发展特点,类比其与发达国家电力企业转型前的共同点,最终基于辽宁省电力企业实际情况,提出企业“高端化”“智能化”与“绿色化”的发展建议。

Under the background of the "dual carbon" targets, this paper thoroughly analyzes the existing problems in carbon emissions faced by power enterprises in Liaoning Province and conducts a comparative study on transformation and development measures adopted by developed countries' power enterprises. By summarizing the development characteristics of Liaoning electric power enterprises and comparing them with the developed countries before the transformation, the author ultimately proposes development suggestions of "high-end", "intelligent" and "green" based on the actual situation of Liaoning electric power enterprises.
