摘要
合成了多孔壳聚糖(PCS)微球,对地质样品中的痕量钽(Ta)进行分离富集,并采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)进行检测。优化了PCS微球对Ta的吸附和洗脱条件,探究了PCS微球对Ta的吸附动力学和吸附等温线。在最佳吸附-洗脱条件下,Ta在0.1~10μg/g范围内线性关系良好,方法检出限为2.2 ng/g,富集倍数为30.5倍。采用该方法对岩石标准物质GBW07109、 GBW07110和水系沉积物标准物质GSD-6中的痕量Ta进行分离富集和检测,样品的测定值与推荐值吻合良好,表明该方法适用于地质样品中痕量Ta的分析测试。
Porous chitosan microspheres(PCS)were synthesized for the separation and enrichment of Ta in geological samples,which were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)analysis.The adsorption and elution conditions were optimized,and the adsorption kinetics and adsorption isotherms of Ta on PCS microspheres were studied.Under the optimum adsorption and elution conditions,the method showed a good linearity with Ta concentration in the range of 0.1-10μg/g,with the limit of detection of 2.2 ng/g and the enrichment factor of 30.5.This method was used to separate and enrich trace Ta in rock reference materials(GBW07109,GBW07110)and water sediment reference materials(GSD-6),the tested results were in good agreement with the recommended values,showing the method was suitable for the determination of trace tantalum in geological samples.
