摘要
采用水热法和离子交换法制备了三金属中心的有机骨架材料(Cu-Ni-Co-MOFs),并以其为电极材料,构建了检测葡萄糖(Glucose)的电化学传感平台。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)对其形貌和结构进行了表征。采用循环伏安测试(CV)和计时电流法(i-t)探究了Cu-Ni-Co-MOF修饰玻碳电极(Cu-Ni-Co-MOF/GCE)对葡萄糖的电化学传感行为。结果表明:Cu-Ni-Co-MOF/GCE对葡萄糖具有良好的电催化氧化活性。当葡萄糖浓度分别在3~2000μmol/L和2000~8000μmol/L范围内时,葡萄糖浓度与响应电流值呈良好的线性关系。该电化学传感平台对葡萄糖的检测灵敏度分别为0.74μA·L/(μmol·cm^(2))和0.44μA·L/(μmol·cm^(2))。
Trimetallic metal-organic frameworks(Cu-Ni-Co-MOFs)were prepared by hydrothermal method and ion exchange method to construct an electrochemical sensing platform for the determination of glucose.The morphology and structure of the Cu-Ni-Co-MOFs were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The electrochemical sensing behaviors of Cu-Ni-Co-MOFs toward glucose were investigated by cyclic voltammetry(CV)and amperometry(i-t).The results showed that Cu-Ni-Co-MOFs had an excellent electrocatalytic oxidation activity for glucose.The concentration of glucose had a good linear relationship with the response current in the ranges of 3-2000μmol/L and 2000-8000μmol/L,respectively.The detection sensitivity of the electrochemical sensing platform were 0.74μA·L(/μmol·cm^(2))and 0.44μA·L(/μmol·cm^(2)).
