社区老年人“智慧就医”服务应用现状及对策的研究

目的了解社区居家老年人应用“智慧就医”服务的现状,分析相关影响因素,为“智慧就医”服务项目优化提供科学依据与策略建议。方法采用便利抽样法,选取牡丹江市爱民区辖区内5个社区的208名居家老年人作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表和自编的“智慧就医”服务应用情况调查表进行调查。结果社区居家老年人“智慧就医”服务应用总均分为(26.75±6.45)分,应用率总体偏低,各项服务应用率均低于35%;多元线性逐步回归分析结果显示:性别、文化程度、医保类型、退休前职业4个自变量进入回归方程,共解释“智慧就医”服务应用率总变异的89.0%。结论男性、文化程度低、退休前企业单位职业、异地医保/城乡医保的老年人使用智慧就医较为困难,社区相关部门应有针对性地加强重点人群的培训和帮扶力度,提高居家老年人对“智慧就医”服务的应用率。

Objective To understand the current situation of Intelligent Medical Treatment(IMT)service applied by home-based elderly people in communities,analyze relevant influencing factors,and provide scientific basis and strategic suggestions for the optimization of IMT service program.Methods A total of 208 home-based elderly people from 5 communities in Aimin District of Mudanjiang City were selected as the research objects through convenience sampling method.The general data questionnaire and self-designed questionnaire on the utilization of IMT were administered for investigation.Results The total utilization scores of IMT service program were(26.75±6.45),the utilization rates was generally low,and the utilization rates of all the service programs were lower than 35%.The results of multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that:gender,education level,type of health insurance and pre-retirement occupation were included in the regression equation,which accounted for 89.0% of the total variation of the service application rate.Conclusion It is difficult for elderly people who are male,have low education level,are employed in enterprises before retirement,and have remote medical insurance/urban and rural medical insurance to use IMT.Relevant community departments should strengthen the training and assistance efforts of key groups to improve the application rate of"Intelligent Medical Treatment"services for elderly people at home.
