新商科背景下基于OBE-CDIO理念的人才培养模式探究——以大数据管理与应用专业为例

摘要 近年来,在新商科的背景下,大数据管理与应用本科专业在岗位设置、能力素质需求及专业技能要求上都呈现出新特征,原有的人才培养模式已无法满足社会、企业对大数据管理与应用专业人才培养的用人需求。为提高该专业人才培养质量,文章首先分析了在新商科的要求下,现有大数据管理与应用专业教育的4个困境,随后提出基于OBE-CDIO理念的人才培养模式改革方法,以期为建设高质量大数据管理与应用人才提供理论支撑,为其他专业在人才培养模式的改革提供参考。 In recent years,the undergraduate major of big data management and application has presented new characteristics in terms of post setting,ability and quality requirements and professional skills requirements under the background of new business.Its original talent training mode has been unable to meet the needs of society and enterprises for personnel training of big data management and application professionals.In order to improve the quality of talent training for this major,this paper first analyzes the four dilemmas of the existing training mode for big data management and application professionals under the requirements of the new business department,and then proposes the solution of the reform of the training mode for big data management and application professionals based on the OBE-CDIO concept,in order to provide theoretical support for the construction of high-quality big data management and application talents.It also provides a reference for the reform of talent training mode in other specialties.
