摘要
随着我国高校毕业生人数逐年增加,高校毕业生就业形势日趋严峻。文章基于2020级大学生的问卷调查数据,利用SPSS软件进行实证分析,探究了大学生拥有的社会资本对其就业满意度的影响,发现社会资本能够有效提高大学生就业满意度,以高校社会资本、性格外倾性、在校实践经验、家庭经济地位为表征的社会资本对大学生就业满意度具有显著正向影响。文章从高校、家庭、个人3个方面对充分开发和利用大学生社会资本提出建议。
As the number of college graduates in China continues to rise annually,the employment prospects for these graduates have grown increasingly challenging.Drawing on a survey of 2020 college graduates and employing SPSS software for empirical analysis,this study investigates the influence of social capital on job satisfaction among college students.The findings indicate that social capital can effectively enhance job satisfaction among college students,with factors such as university-based social capital,extraversion,practical experience during studies,and family economic status demonstrating significant positive effects on job satisfaction.Consequently,this paper proposes three recommendations for fully harnessing and leveraging college students’social capital from the perspectives of academia,families,and individuals.
